Free Tools for CBOs to Broaden Reach of Programs and Services
Community-based organizations (CBOs) have free tools available to help them connect more clients to needed services available in the District because of Amerigroup DC’s collaboration.
Through Amerigroup’s collaboration with the findhelp network, CBOs can join findhelp for free to access community resources throughout the District that broaden their reach in referring clients to local resources such as food, housing, health, and more than 100 program categories.
CBOs can also list their own organization to start viewing their program and start taking advantage of the free tools that include:
- The ability to edit and update program information
- The ability to enable and respond to referrals from individuals
- Additional intake options such as an eligibility screening form and appointment scheduling
- Team management tools that allow CBOs to give access to additional staff or volunteers
- The power to track their community impact through free reports that can be downloaded and shared
