Amerigroup Foundation

The Amerigroup Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Amerigroup Corporation. The Foundation works to create healthy communities by fostering access to care, encouraging safe and healthy children and families, and promoting community improvement and healthy neighborhoods.

In 2012, the Foundation contributed more than $3million to local organizations whose goals are aligned with the Company's mission to serve the financially disadvantaged, seniors and people with disabilities. Since it was formed, the Foundation has donated more than $16 million in grants.
